Although every accident is unique, impaired driving often constitutes evidence
of negligence. When a passenger in a vehicle driven by an intoxicated
driver suffers injury or death, it is often possible to seek compensation.
Victims and survivors often pursue monetary damages for a variety of losses,
including, but not limited to, medical expenses, pain, suffering and possible
lost wages. Survivors often seek compensation for loss of companionship
and burial expenses as well.
